Agree, but even if we played along for a bit and said ok maybe there is a bunch of naked shorts, maybe even a lot, but even if there was :
1) Where is there a system to validly track NSS? ( there is none, there isn't even any current, accurate data system for regular short shares)
2) Even if that were true, does that make the fraudulent company legit, on the contrary I think it does the opposite usually heavy bets are placed against highly suspect, and potential SCAM stocks!
Bottom line: just because somebodies may have shorted the heck out of SPNG surely doesn't right the many wrong Spongetech and M7M have done...
and this is saying yeah ok maybe there was lots of shorting...
now if you take away the NSS theory, what do have besides documented FRAUD?
