When you speak of "shorts" --- do you mean "naked shorts"?
To "naked short" 'pennies' one has to put up 250,000.00 front end. Who is going to do that to make mebbe a couple hundred each time? And mebbe "lose" instead!? Large EX-"posure"!
MM "shorting" is different!: MMs may "short" right away to keep "the market" going --- but then they cover ASAP. This is NOT "naked shorting"!
There is a lot of 'hoopla' on "shorting" in the 'pennies' which does NOT make "sense"! IT IS NONE-"SENSE"!!!
And any web sites that appear to show 'naked shorts' for 'pennies' do NOT have it "right"! They are 'mixing apples and oranges'!
A lot that has been 'blogged' on "Naked Shorting" applies to Big Board stocks --- NOT to 'pennies'!
