I haven't been able to buy any .0002 this morning, and why would anyone sell @ .0001?

They have given you warning...20 days from 14C filing, should be around end of month. Most R/S's have NO WARNING...you find out when it happens!! There's no guarantee that you will be able to buy at .0001, in fact IMO you won't.
