With respect, as a contractor for over 20 years of a local telecom/ satellite company you are dead wrong in your blanket statement on how the business you spelled incorrectly works.
Very profitable for both parties. If you owe $2 mil as well in backtaxes you obviously have had a hell of a good revenue/assets to owe this. Many many Fortune 500 companies owe back taxes. Not a fair measure of a companies status. IMO
Hope you can move on since you have this inside knowledge and as it is with all pennies, its a risk/reward for all.
