I am sorry for your loss O Papa, my dad who passed about 15 years ago was also a WWII Vet. He was survived by my Mom who passed this last December. I got my mom to buy ERHC shares and she will never get to see the stock recover like the rest of us. May your father in law rest in peace.

I want to add my condolences to the others. They really were the greatest generation. Many suffered terribly during the Great Depression only to be sent overseas to serve in WW2. When they returned they quietly , humbly built our country. It is a debt we can only repay by teaching the future generations of their service.

My dad passed away a few years ago. He volunteered for the service before he graduated from high school. He served in Europe for over 3 years as a paratrooper in the 82nd airborne. He rarely talked about his service and I did not really understand what he accomplished until much later in life. I have made sure my children understand the significance of his generation.
