It is true IMO that pre-clinical PRs are akin to patent PRs. They will not GENERALLY sustain an elevated share price...they just do not,IMO from over 35 years of investing. BUT PRs do have,IMO again, a cause and effect. They sometimes cause notice upon a company in a positive light and effect potential interest by investors looking to put some money down on a company that appears to be moving forward.
