Strategyone...Are you sure they don't have the right to scrutinaize the JOAs/ I doubt that is true since the JOA is an integral part of the overall agreement and must be completed prior to the PSC being signed.
It was a set-up. It's been strangely quiet in STP land these last couple of weeks--someone even made note of it the other day and I took note myself when I read it. It seemed strange after all the battling and complaining they would just give up. It was a set-up, but it does not mean they won't sign. I think they just want more of something.
