I completely agree with Naz as well! I think PEII has a TON of investment potential and these are GREAT prices in which to get in.

What's happening with PEII that will increase SP next week? There has been no indication that revenue has risen significantly. A new mult-million dollar loan under that circumstance is enough to make anybody question; Smith acts worried about debt, mentions it at just about every turn yet, a new loan doesn't seem to concern him in the least? Ask him why HE's not concerned. Current production results aren't particularly impressive. Certainly not impressive enough. Time to let PEII sink or swim IMO. Continuing to feed the monster isn't the answer. Well, it is his answer....
