Sure, why not. The blue sky has already tried the poison pill and hostile takeover farces. If there is another "merger" look to see when the "merger candidate" was created and lets hope that it isn't like the last one when Aaron was given control by giving him RightSmile preferred shares for a "company" he created the same day as the PR by Randy announcing the "huge news" and that we won't soon be seeing another "new CEO with a new company and a new business plan" like we did when Aaron replaced Randy or like when Randy replaced Eugene or when Eugene replaced Joe Dwyer. Although another change is about due, the IRS has an unwritten 3 year rule that CPAs have told me about. 2 years of losses are accepted, a 3rd year of losses raises the hair on the back of an IRS auditor's neck, a 4th year produces an IRS audit and if the share selling schemers aren't really afraid of the SEC, they're horrified to get an audit notice from the IRS. Look back at how long each of this shells "new CEO with a new company and a new business plan" lasted, for that matter look at any of them.
Always a new CEO and a new "company" taking over usually before the end of the 3rd year, they don't want to get too close to that IRS audit, they're more afraid of that than they are the SEC.

The move to Wyoming? Who would think to look in Wyoming and why would they? There's absolutely no ties to Wyoming for Aaron or any "company" he had created in the past until the annual became due and it could be kept as a secret for 1 or 2, maybe even 3 "new found attention" pushes in the meantime to make use of some of those newly/secretly authorized shares.
