NEVER. The last news was nothing material but a cover up to mask the fraudulent promotion that Hart, Orr et al probably paid for to loosen up on more paper. Look at the company's pathetic financials and history of defaulted notes in lieu of equity. This has SCAM written all over it. This pig will never get over $0.25 in my opinion without another split to dilute all debt holders and so Hart, Orr and their stock cronies can issue more stock and start the game up again.
