Agree with silly selling,
it really is light volume painting tape against.
Really nothing going on.
It can be painful/frustrating to watch value swing in the interim, when this truly terrific value.

Still see lots of upside for Syncora.

MacQuarie tried 3 motions to get
1)Syncora internal emails on AMERICAN ROADS damages,
2)Docs concerning Syncora Traffic Advisors at deal issue
(Denied, but correspondence of Syncora's views of MacQuarie + specifically about retention of advisor Maundell on traffic)
3)2006-7 communications on Syncora's internal financials

ALL were DENIED

Syncora tried 1 cross mostion
2) Docs concerning Maundell + MacQuarie in other bond issuances
DENIED
