Unless I have missed something, I don't think there is an alliance as yet, just a LOI. From my understanding, and please correct me if I'm wrong, this is nothing concrete. I think at this point either party can leave the table. Don't get me wrong I am long on DDCC, I've held this for over 2 years and very excited about the future prospects of the company. This PR tells me they are in talks with a major player in the business. When they announce signed contracts and with whom, that may get my heart rate and the pps up :-) Right now I see a great opportunity to load up with very cheap shares. All my opinion, of course.
