Absolutely not. Not as legitimate mineral exploration companies, anyway. Perhaps as pump and dumps, but not actual mineral exploration companies.
Mineral exploration is not quick, and it isn't cheap. 99.99% of mineral properties are worthless. For the remainder, the average time it takes to develop a mine from discover is about 18 years. YEARS. That takes a lot of capital, and sub-penny funding won't cut it. Just to determine if a property has anything of value requires tens of millions of dollars, and that is before a mine can be built.
CGFI was a good example of that. They were never a legitimate exploration company. Just a sham from the start.
