Just to be clear--- I did not attend the Annual Meeting. I read and appreciate all the information shared by those who were there, and I was simply commenting on what I read, based on some of my own real-life experience.
No question that what HHSE is doing is aimed at an uplist.
Otherwise, there is no reason to go to all the expense they are obviously going to on this audit. In fact, if all they wanted was an audit (which some seem to imply is the holy grail) they could probably have gotten a half-baked audit at any point, at much less expense. Obviously, they want a solid audit, from a reputable firm, that they can use for an SEC filing. That's one strong reason to do it right.
