Jesse, LVVV owned 100% of the Med MJ business. Now we own 60%. We lost 40%. Bob Corr gets to keep that.

At the very least, shouldn't LVVV's shareholders get a 40% stake in the company of the business we gave away to structure this deal?

LVVV stock price says it all.

I am happy about acquiring other business and ticker symbol. Said that long time ago.

But we lost 40% of the med mj biz by doing so, as I see it...
