where is CC headquarters located at?

It takes approximately 10 days for circulars to be printed like the CC ones. Same for full page ads in most papers. If its in the Saturday paper this week it was approved to run 1-2 weeks ago and sent for publishing. So this means nothing if you see an AD this week or even next at this point. Does that make any sense?!
