Peter Villiotis has no "patented water system" and Tanke never paid the $800,000 cash that was supposed to be booked by 9/30/13.

The PR about the agreement with TNKE was just another of PVEC (fka VDSC) false and misleading announcement. PVEC booked the bogus revenue as accounts receivable but it will never be collected.
