lets put it this way, they will not BS with the court, scheer can face jail time for lying. If i was in scheer place and had nothing in hand, i would let the company go for chap 7 and not lie. I do not think he is making up BS here , why risk jail time and massive lawsuits. That man has something up his sleeve.
