To Funny, i've got similar neighbors. Their mother moved in with a new friend and left them her inherited house. They're vehicle crazy. ATV's , 4 wheelers, snowmobiles, and construction trailers.

So between the lines, you're thinking a major move to the upside in this company will allow you to improve your status in the world.
