That is why I took a position. It dropped down to a level where the risk:reward ratio seemed favorable, especially with the major legal obstacle removed. There is, of course, no telling how long other lawsuits can delay the casino, but I believe the US Supreme Court ruling makes an end-point more likely to be sooner rather than later.
