Sandys proposed reason for the drop in share price yesterday was that another chinese agro company was caught by SEC with pumped numbers. Reason: reach promised numbers and goals. Actually sounds a bit like Siaf who almost always hit their promised q-numbers, dilution excluded.

Forgive me if this has been discussed (anniversary cruise), but why wasn't the Chinese gov't listed as one of the parties in the MF contract?
