Are you sure that's not the 14nm version though ?

Absolutely sure. SS said during the presentation that when SoFIA moved to 14nm it'd be a "fraction" of the die sizes that were shown here.

The cpu blocks are smaller in size to Bay Trail's when in fact they should be bigger.

don't mind the actual "blocks" - the die "shot" if you can call it that is a blurred out Bay Trail and they're just scaling that BYT die to give us an idea of how big these things will be.
