I have given this a lot of consideration....with the way Sterling and company are doing things....I doubt the r/s will occur. Reasoning behind this thought is that what the shares are being used for. We are in the EARLY part of the game and I just don't see anyone getting shares as part of any deal selling. The market cap will fill in my opinion which will add value to the 3b shares for future trading so I don't see a dump which would cause a r/s situation. There are a lot of NASDAC stocks with that type of share structure. What it does is keep the share price at a level which a lot of simple folks can buy into.
All of this is pure conjecture on my part....but, it is what I think will be the future for PHOT
