You are correct. However, I would point out that the amount "invested and lost" by the sharks is/was minimal when compared to the potential if enough suckers had shown up.

I have a hard time wrapping my head around past weeks activity. First we have hundreds of millions of shares traded from a no bid stock. Then we have a bid of 0.000.1. Silent since the middle of last year this stock comes alive with new website coming soon notification to the public. After the days of heavy trading both buys and sells, we see suspension of trading. Now many on the board feel that it was an attempt for the company's ceo's to make a killing before the suspension notifications went out. The problem I have with that, is that you cannot hide behind a Corporate Veil for fraud or theft. These things are punishable by the Federal Government. Now why would corporate officers of a company risk this type of investigation for a few thousand dollars? It just makes no sense. It's not a company that promises something, then doesn't deliver. It's pure and simple fraud that as I say, can put you in really deep trouble. Just my opinion.
