I say give the Security Team what they need to insure proper security.
Post a Persistent Ground Surveillance Tower on a position that would over look the whole lot. put a Radar that tracks movement from vehicles and people along with FMV camera system that has IR capabilities. 1 systems would suffice for 10.5 acres. Along with the other cameras to cover blind spots.
These type of systems can handle most inclimate weather and the security team would see perps long before they get a chance to encroach and penetrate the wire.
