Serf: According to the Pink Sheets site, there are under 12M shares as of 12/06/2005. Here's the link:

Yahoo also lists 12M outstanding.
Now if there are options floating out there, it may or may not increase the number when exercised, depending on the authorized, but it's still a low number, especially for a pinkie.
