I believe during the summer of 2012 when Philip had his blog site up. It was also indicated there advising about The Barclay's and why they bought the shell and advising he pulled all the subsidiaries out of NWMT. But at that point, he was not involved in the future of NWMT's shell and never had specifics of what Barclay's was going to put into the shell other than their intention was to put a company in it and Barclay's liked the fact it had a lot of shareholders.

It will be interesting to see what company Barclay's will put into the NWMT shell but I can't imagine a small start-up from them given they were interested in the number of shareholders in the previous NWMT operations.
