iirc, in the last couple of years, the State of Nevada has raised it's annual fees for mineral claims ... by a large % . Small companies like AMEL often have to choose their best prospects to hold ... then let the rest of their claims lapse. As far as I know, AMEL still has massive ( potentially very valuable ) claims in Canada, and also some speculative claims in Australia. See: amerilithium.com for more detailed info.
