it says in part,

"responses can be delivered in the form of lethal sound or lethal weapons."

At first, I thought "a lethal sound?" MAN that's gotta be LOUD! How can that be?

Then upon further thought, I recognized sound is just atmospheric pressure waves detected by our ears .

So... In that vein, the shockwaves from high explosives that burst human flesh daily in the Middle East really are nothing but "lethal sounds".

Yes. I would have retracted that post that I stated you were up to bat because I didn't look up the information before I posted. It seemed as if that Quantum Sniffer was new news meanwhile it was from July 2013.

I guess government QD usage is high on my radar and I was hoping the shoe fit.
