...don't know anyone by that name..............there is the 11 vs. 7 problem.............FDIC wants the 7, as do the Trustees.......our response was lame (to maintain employees....??????)...........a STIP might force the liquidation - - FDIC doesn't want any entity surviving.............and Harvey and JPM are ahead of us on all of this.........
