Here is what is going on: A group of smart folks preloaded SVFC before the run (look at the slope of the chart after last run), then dumped down aggressively from the top today (via VFIN and VNDM), now will rinse, load up and repeat, but each cycle taking it just a bit higher than the last one while waiting for the PR - when they will finally let it run big. This play only works on some penny stocks like SVFC - where there is real substance to the company, no rampant dilution to interfere with their plan and overall a good feeling of "anticipation" floating around. Don't ask me how I know this is the case - I just do.
