...There's a bankruptcy exception to the carryforward limit for corporations that have changed ownership. Lots of technical requirements but UWBKQ could, we believe, scrape up some HUGE losses to carryforward - for some other entity via a SALE or transfer..........this = value.............two quarters per share......??????.......or mayhaps even a dollar p/s...................??????...........

...our advisers do not see any value in this NOL issue...............but our advisers have been WRONG about most of UWBKQ - to date.........................we'll see.................

...lots of DRAMA left....................aimho.................
