I am not really shocked about it relative to pps. Sure everyone would like it to go to the moon right away. However this is the actual news that is indicating that the entities are on the way.
You can't just create something new out of thin air unless the structure is there to allow it to proceed. Now that the venture to allow deals to proceed is in place news of actual acquisitions should start flowing in.
