Basically it means if peeps weren't so cheap and trying to grab .0003s and buy down the ask that it would force TAGG into a Squeeze play and PPS would go BOOM. REG SHO means there are Failure to Deliver orders from naked short selling peeps that are selling stock that isn't there so they can force the stock down to nothing and make $$$ it's what comes with the penny stock territory the way to fight against it is to force them to buy back their shares at a higher price by buying at the ask making the PPS rise then they would be forced to buy and send TAGG upward and that is totally in the buyers control just folks have no idea what is going on sometimes. Also best way to do that is to call your broker instead of electronic trading as it can be held down from getting orders filled.
