Mex you're right. It means more share dumping, increasing o/s and will max out again a/s now at 2.5 billion. Then question do they increase a/sw or do anoither 1 for 1000 r/s. Something bigger with QASP for years means higher amount of new shares dumped. It been this way for years no change.
