TRTC Technicals look good ,....... not much more to say except Blue Sky chart could take us to 1.50 by 4-20

The Fundementals are whats making it break out IMO....traders/ investors are noticing and gravitating and Rotating to Quality...TRTC is Quality stock with growing Revenue.
