companies leave the greys all the time. new companies always start there before it is determined where they will trade. now, look at all the suspended companies that aren't leaving the grey market.

Not even close. Tons of companies leave the greys for higher markets. That's true. Oftentimes those are foreign based companies. Most of those companies started on the grey sheets and prospered.

None of those leaving the greys were relegated there because of a SEC suspension.
