Correct. The trial that is coming up for Peter Michaels is for fraud and deceit.. well let me post exactly what the filing is

First Amended Complaint for Fraud and Deceit; Constructive fraud; negligent misrepresentation; intentional misrepresentation; negligence and breach of fiduciary duty.

Actually this whole thing started from Peter Michaels squatting (not paying rent) and the guy was trying to get him out but then it was discovered that Peter Michaels had submitted a forged/altered credit report. So the lawsuit changed.

Guess Michaels has more talent than just blowing hot air....

PS. No where in here am I saying that this is a criminal case. Who knows maybe something is happening with it on the criminal side but I don't have that information. I just know what the documents say in the case I am citing.
