I've always figured that PHOT would be benefiting from the publicity from the TV Show, at the very least.
Fellner also refers to merchandizing agreements (ie coffee mugs, Frisbees, T-Shirts, hats etc)


If we actually see .0001 offered we essentially have a $4,000,000 shell company with a farm, TV Show deal, and 10 acres vacation properties in Baja Mexico.


Does that sound undervalued?
