Moss Apparently not quite down. HTI/AHS filed a Motion to Stay
Proceeding and Compel Arbitration along with a supporting 21 page brief. [Feb24]

The case/dispute nows goes to arbitration as Moose posted.

I found the following paragraph from the HTI/AHS/Launchit contract interesting: on or about April 1 2012

"As directed by AHS, Launchit will first target the marine and commercial vehicle industries with the other industries to follow." [target meaning directed advertising]
