The Ergo Konzept AG / Ergo PLC concept has , in fact, an interest in a majority stake in paraffin Corp. . to participate. We currently have in our group already has more than 40 % of the shares of the Company .
The problem of an OTC BB ( PINK) share is very aware and is also especially with such titles that always advertised with nondurable stories around the interests of investors.
However, within our group of companies we pursue a clear goal in terms of the paraffin Corp. . and plan, after successful owning a majority stake our non-European business to the paraffin Corp. . to relocate.
Currently, we also seek to standing on fundamental base factual dialogue about current shareholders to build, partly problematic, but for us a crucial aspect is based on the history to inform the investor properly.
