I didn't see the trade but if it is, that is very good.
It means there are investors wanting to get in and they took advantage of a minor dip.
It could also mean someone with real money tried to lower the price so they could buy more at lower prices as the weaker hands sell in fear.

We did hold up at a new support level of .15
