That is my understanding (you may have to fine tune the benefit formula for more rapid depletion etc.). It also would follow that the larger the upstream capacity the more product you will have to move through the midstream pipes. Upstream or "gathering" lines are just smaller pipes that continually merge like tributaries into a river. In addition, the Upstream AOT can also serve rail and shipping forms of transportation by reducing loading and offloading times.
