Have you seen 32 cement trucks roll in anytime? They don't have that many trucks in the area. The vault is coming but where are the 32 trucks?

What about pouring cement in this weather? As a contractor, have you heard about concrete freezing, longer curing times, expansion, cracking, heaving?
