Newbauer talking about a "board of directors" is also bullshit.
I'd say Jim DiPrima is currently gone, after updating OTC Markets. As if a CFO would allow a company's business registration to sit with the Nevada SoS as revoked. Today's BS news release talking about the fact of the DTCC chill (denied repeatedly on SMBs) didn't even mention the Nevada SoS. In other ADCS news releases, Newbauer trumpeted that he'd be having the registration renewed.
Newbauer is the only officer.
