The sec suspended or halted this until march 20th. The company can fix this by submitting the required items the sec deems problematic. If after march the 20th the company has not fixed the issue, the sec can suspend them again. I personally think it is in SUBBs best interest to alleviate the issue. If they do we should see a nice gain.
