So why is the stock up a bunch, MTM?

A 42% discount at any time for a lousy $100,000? That's called desperation, folks. There is no good way to spin that.

It's a question, not an answer.

Was it a head fake to sucker some innocents? What?

One should maybe remember that the market is an asylum with most of the herd inanimate today.

We all know of hefty buying while a company is headed for complete and total destruction. K-Mart comes to mind.

We should also know that the awful deal is past in a market looking forward - at least in theory.

Have no answers, only questions.

In a disastrous bankruptcy of a stock of interest, there has been some rigor mortis that may have been triggered by word that Pamela Anderson was involved in a takeover. Is that evidence of life after death? :-)
