Person: The covenants not to sue covers more than the patents in suit.

You can actually check the expiration dates of '048 and '597 by going to uspto.gov.

Having another go at posting this as it was removed the other day. A quick rephrase should glue it to the board:

Person, you will note my mention of a "patent around." Such a patent would patent around the core patent. By doing so, this would have acted to extend (renew) the core patent, and this may (I say "may," not "is") be why Laura was able to state the expiration dates so far out.

Also, I stated that I believed the patent in question was awarded in 2006 or 2007. Add 17 years to those and compare them to the dates Laura refers to ;-) Should anyone be interested, I might suggest an all out search for any patents awarded to Neom in 2006 & 2007.
