You're being too kind....this POS has only been over a "penny" twice: after its reverse split and that now infamous P&D (2012) that they still keep talking about! Now it sits at "two tenths of PENNY" up from "Seven hundredths of a Penny" and the people think its the next coming......unreal isn't it? The ONLY way this stock will EVER be over a "Penny" is through another Reverse Stock Split!!
