My gut feeling is that Zembeck is a victim as is all the ppm shareholders. All the shareholders that purchased securities based on the press releases are all victims. While you/we are progressing, it needs to be coordinated. Keep up your work.

If you think Bruce has assets still, there is recourse. The assets can be followed as he transfers them. Whether he moves them to his kids, cousins, or shell companies, they will be relief defendants and their assets will be seized too.
I have nothing better to do, catching fraudsters is my new hobby. So far I have a good track record, including two trips to 100 F Street in DC at Jeff McCreery's office, Counsel of the Office of the Whistleblower at the SEC. I sent Janice Shell my pictures of me there. I have been running around Manhattan and Los Angeles in the last 12 months hunting down scams. I love DC, take the Acela Express Amtrak from NY Penn, gets me there in 3 hours. SEC is literally take a left out the front door, go down the ramp and walk in the door. It is not any easier than that.
